Google Team Visits Pakistan on Invitation of Tech Valley

 

An international Google group made up of representatives from the Google Workspace, Google for Education, and Google Cloud teams from in Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, and Australia paid a visit to Pakistan last week. the invitation of its national partner, Tech Valley Pakistan, brought them. The major purpose of the Google Team was to discover synergies.

The main goal of the visit, according to the most recent reports, was to investigate the potential of education. Additionally, they sought to investigate Pakistan’s public sectors in order to alter them utilising the most recent techniques and technology from Google. This was an eight-day trip that began with meetings in Lahore. Along with its local partner Tech Valley, Google sent a delegation.

To evaluate their present capabilities, the Google delegation spoke with a variety of institutions and universities in the private sector. Additionally, they talked about their future plans for implementing technology to improve learning.

The group also went to the Ministry of Federal Education and took part in a ceremony to sign an MOU between Tech Valley and the Ministry. The ceremony’s purpose was to demonstrate how Google products and technologies may benefit kids who don’t attend school. Devastatingly, 22.4 million youngsters in Pakistan do not attend school.

Therefore, working for those kids is a very wonderful endeavour. Both sides will cooperate to deliver Chromebooks for public schools, as per the agreement. Additionally, they will train teachers in order to provide them the right tools.
