IBA Karachi Women’s Entrepreneurship Program is declares the Outstanding Specialty Entrepreneurship Program of 2017 at the ‘The United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship awards. The ceremony was held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The Program Director AMAN CED, Dr. Shahid Qureshi was there to receive the award on behalf of IBA. From years the award is won by institute within USA. This is a record in the history of USASBE awards that IBA is the first institution outside USA to receive the prestigious award.
The university or college, who go out of their way to help and train future generations and attract them to entrepreneurship are selected for The Outstanding Specialty Entrepreneurship Program Award.
WIN Lab from Babson College and Meadows School of the Arts from Southern Methodist University were in the list of top three along IBA Karachi, Pakistan. The international universities gave a tough competition and managed to bag the award.
The awards are announced every year since 1990 by USASBE. USASBE is an association for entrepreneurship education.
