International missions and embassies have been advised to on board a new Skype system by Federal Ombudsman Office.
Actually this aims to provide instant connection across the globe. This will further help to resolve any complains by public quickly. It will ensure quick response of embassies.
“Through the usage of modern Technology, public complaints would be heard simultaneously in Pakistan embassies and in the Federal Ombudsman Office Pakistan.”
said Hafiz Ahsaan Ahmad Khokhar who is the Grievance Commissioner of Overseas Pakistanis Federal Ombudsman Pakistan.
A total of 116 Pakistani missions and embassies will be connected by Skype from all over the World. The working has already started. The officials have guided Foreign Office to forward set-up instructions to all the embassies and missions.
Nowadays technology has taken place of many things. From keeping large bundles of reports to keeping a small tab with emails technology rules it all. This Skype System step to evolution in complain department is going to be proved best.
