Windows 11 has been officially released, and one of its highlights is its compatibility with Android applications. With Windows 11, you will be able to run most Android applications directly through the operating system.

You can start using Android apps by installing the Amazon App Store provided by the Windows Store. Then, you can download any Android application on your Windows 11 PC and run it directly.

This is where Intel Bridge Technology comes in, it converts non-x86 applications to run on the Windows architecture.

However, it is not clear whether Intel’s post-run compiler is also applicable to other platforms, but the company has just clarified this matter in a new announcement. In a statement provided to The Verge, Intel announced that its bridging technology will work on all x86 platforms, including AMD hardware.

This means that Windows 11 will be able to run Android applications, regardless of whether it uses an Intel Core processor or any AMD Ryzen CPU.

Although please keep in mind that Windows 11 can only run on 8th generation Intel processors and newer and AMD Ryzen 2000 series and higher.

Google removes over 500 malicious Apps from Play Store

It is reported that Google has removed 500 apps from its Play Store. The reason quoted was that those apps had malicious code that made it easy for hackers to hack the application after its download.

The downloaded app then could run what hacker wants us to see. Accumulative of the number of times the app was downloaded is 100 million downloads.

Lookout figured the code out. Lookout is a mobile security firm that announced that codes made their way to the app by Software Development Kit (SDK).

After the installation of the app SDK allows the hackers to develop their own code. It can either give your mobile a virus or cause unnecessary pop-ups. The serious of all harms is that the hackers can use these apps to download your contacts and your call logs. This is called “call log infiltration.”

Lookout informed Google and Google took initiatives to remove the apps from the Play Store. Lookout also advised the people to download safely and keep their applications updated.

After security researchers from several internet infrastructure companies discovered, Google has removed over 500 apps from its Google Play store over issues relating to spyware.

Google takes action against the violation of User Data Policy by developers. Google has sent several notices in last 24 hours, to many developers across the world.

The notice featured a warning for developers by Google that their apps will removes or their visibility will limited I Play Store if the apps violate the company’s User Data Policy.

Zombie apps are littering the Google play store. The intentions have been announced and developers whose mobile apps do not have a protected private policy should consider their apps down already.

Jack Cooney is associated with Nerd Agency. It is the same agency that created “Hip Hop Ninja” app. According to Jack,

“I think it’s fantastic, this will clear the Google Play store of so many junk and zombie apps that our games will find increased visibility on the store as the search terms will become much less cluttered.

This will make it easier for people to be able to find our app’s like Hop Hop Ninja!, with better keyword searches like ninja or Nerd Agency and find much more relevant results. (A previous pain point of development for Android).”

Google play store is so crowded with apps, sometimes you end finding a wrong, useless app instead of something useful. This is due to violation of company’s policy.

Google by these steps ensures full user privacy. All consumer privacy concerns will be solved.

Google no doubt has given sometime ti the developers to make the privacy policy addition. The last date for updating their app is March 15. After the date app will have “limited visibility” or will be removed.
