Anti-Trump? Well you can’t visit America then. A new system ensures all immigrants to mention their social handles so an officer could stare through them and determine whether you are worthy enough to visit America, that means you are a Trump supporter. As per the reports of PC magazine, the immigrants need not to provide their passwords but to just submit the details.

US approves social media background checks for visa applicants. Yes! Its true, Donald Trump ordered to check social media posts before allowing visitors entry in USA. The security control is aimed at screening out bad guys, guys with suspicious ideas, but we all know the truth. Trump intends to prevent the increase of opposition to him.

Well this is a direct attack on freedom of speech, but we have a suggestion for all Anti-Trump immigrants. These social media background checks can be trouble for your futures visits to US. Keep in mind its very important, keep eyes on your social media posts, friends and also which groups you have join.

Be careful next time accepting unknown friend requests and groups you have joined. Also follow and like pages which are only with good reputation.

Just delete all your posts regarding Trump before handling over your details. Problem solved. Thank me later!

As soon as Trump took presidential oath he announced some visa reforms. Immigration bans were carried out on his commandments. It seemed that the gate of the United States of America will be banned for the listed Muslim countries. Trump made sure that he reminded people again and again that his rules and laws would be followed.

The H-1B visas are issued to some really skilled workers that seek job in US companies running successfully in field of technology. Now after Trump has announced reforms he US officials have made the process to apply for this visa difficult for the people.

The government reportedly plans to suspend all expedited applications and to make the process of applying for H-1B visas a little longer. That means that the people will have to wait for some time to go to their companies.

According to the buzz, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) have planned to cancel premium processing for the next six months. The premium processing has benefits as the completion of getting visa could be completed only within 15 days.

Silicon Valley has he share of greatest population of immigrants as compared to other places of USA. The reforms will not only affect people finding jobs but also those who employ them like tech industry. It will have adverse effect on these tech companies.

A report mentioned that the economically it can have even worse effect like the companies need to pay a large extra amount of $1225 and then the USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services) will respond in a matter of two weeks. The visa will be made in three or six months.

85,000 applications have been approved till date, which includes 65,000 migrants and 20,000 applications by people who have completed studies in US.

Tech companies have opposed these reforms as they are not at all beneficial for both the company and the employees.

After the Trump’s controversial visa reforms many countries are concerned about themselves, so is India. Perhaps this is the reason that soon a group from Indian IT sector are going to meet US lawmakers and officials from US President Donald Trump’s administration.

It is rumored to happen latter in this month. If visa reforms have any changes that can damage the growth or development of India the country might suffer a loss of $150 billion.

According to R. Chandrashekhar, head of Indian IT industry body Nasscom,

“Details of the visit were still being finalized, but chief executives from some of India’s big IT companies would be part of a delegation visiting Washington in the week of Feb 20.”

According to the news India’s software services industry is really worried about the bill that is featuring a reform, according to which salary paid to H-1B visa holders will be increased not a bit but to a huge cost. The bill was introduced in US Congress.

H-1B visas are usually used by Indian IT companies to fly engineers to US. US is one of the biggest market for Indians. Whereas some companies in US think that Indian companies are misusing the program and are trying to replace US jobs.

According to Nasscom, Zie Lofgren proposed a bill that aimed to target some of the members of Indian IT industry that was totally unfair. Zoe is a Democrat of California. Nasscom also stated that it will not solve a US labor shortage in the tech sector.

Chandrashekhar said,

“The visit would also seek to emphasize the economic partnership that is being built between the two countries.”

India’s IT firms, led by Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys and Wipro, have seen growth slow in 2016, as customers delayed spending ahead of the US presidential election.

A senior executive at L&T Technology Services, who want to his name to remain behind the veils told,

“Immigration concerns were a risk item, always there, but they are more pronounced now.”

If news is to be believed most probably Trump may issue the HB-1 reforms this week.

Indian consultant working for Infosys in the US said,

“Many of his colleagues were “dejected,” while another engineer working for Cisco in North Carolina said management had called in an immigration attorney to reassure employees.”

According to India’s Ministry of External Affairs, “No executive order has been signed so far,” Vikas Swarup, a spokesman for the ministry told reporters on Thursday. “Such bills have been introduced in the past too and such bills have to go through the full Congressional process. So let’s not prejudge the outcome.”
