Pebble is one of the best smart-watch making companies. It has gained lot of success but to a lot of surprise they are no longer manufacturing or selling any of their devices.
Pebble says,
“Our devices will continue to work as normal for now but might lose functionality in the future.”
After the bulk of the company was bought by Fitbit now Pebble is also under this San Francisco based company.
Apple launches Apple Watch in 2015 but a whole three years before that Pebble’s first smart-watch was launched in 2012.
The founder of Pebble, Eric Migicovsky calls the sale “bittersweet”. He says many Pebble employees will be joining Fitbit.
