Siemens to Buy U.S. Software Company in $4.5 Billion Deal

There were reports that Siemens are interested to buy Mentor Graphics. It is now confirmed that this engineering company agreed to buy Mentor Graphics for a deal of $4.5 billion.

Mentor Graphic is a new startup that designs semiconductors for the software. German company was impressed by expertise of the software domains. So Siemens decided to work with the company.

The deal that took place recently is an all-cash deal. Siemen is expected to pay $37.25 per share to Mentor Graphics which tops the Friday’s closing share price by 21%. Following the deal, Siemens shares traded 1.3 percent higher.

When asked by media about this deal between two leading firms from Klaus Helmirch, he is the management board he said,

“Mentor Graphics will complement our strong offering in mechanics and software with design, test and simulation of electrical and electronic systems”.

This private company known as Mentor Graphics Pakistan Development Limited reached the height of success and became famous by introduction of embedded software (Nucleus OS). Nucleus OS has been known as one the best and most used commercial OS in the whole world.

This agreement seems to remain successful as both the companies are working to flourish their business and introduce the world to their best and unique work. These companies are working for customers. Everyone is looking forward for the work to start.
