Google is ready to buy HTC smartphone business

According to the news Google and HTC are in conversation. Google is asking HTC to acquire its smartphone division.

A media generated reports shared that HTC smartphone and Google are trying to get together in Google getting hold of HTC smart phone manufacturing department. The deal will cost Google a good fortune. The news has been kept secret from public and Google is ready to get hold of the brand.

When the insider leaked the news people took it differently in tech market. The past experience of Google buying mobile phone company was not good it costed them a loss of $9.5 billion only in two years. The company was Motorola and was bought in 2012 for $12.9 billion and it was sold in $3.0 billion in 2014.

Some time ago HTC was considered as one of the top mobile phone selling brands with great and amazing features. The style of the smart phones had its own class and were loved by millions. Unfortunately with the time and as the other companies made their mark HTC had to face difficulty in maintaining its position.

HTC recently launched HTC10 and U11 but was not able to acquire customers attention. It had the worst time in August. The strong position of HTC has fallen to great extent.

The insider also tells that Google is only buying smartphone division. The other works of HTC will continue as regular.
