Taxi-hailing Company Careem Introduces Women Cab Drivers in Pakistan
Women are strength of any country or society. Pakistani women nowadays are walking beside men and trying to accomplish their goals. Now Careem is providing them a job opportunity.
Careem is a ride hailing service running successfully in many cities of Pakistan despite being one of the youngest services.
Women of Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad get a chance to serve as captains now.
Through the Main Hoon Azaad! Campaign, Careem will be adding female Captains to their rapidly growing fleet.

Now women can travel alone with ease. It is safer now. With increased comfort level for all women and girls out there who need to travel at night or day and are afraid. Though Careem is safe but it becomes safer when it comes to Women Cab Drivers.
After hectic training and tough tests best female captains will be hired for this job. Careem will initiate the pilot project with 2 female Captains in Karachi, 3 in Lahore and 1 in Islamabad. Work is underway to expand this project to increase the fleet and introduce more cities in the future.
