Google Play Newsstand Relaunched With Web Version
Google’s news application is one of the fastest news app. Apple’s news flip board is loved by millions due to its extra features. Recently Google Newsstand was transformed to compete with the newsstand of Apple. Now it is more flexible and user friendly. Now at the end of each story the reason is provided why the story is appearing on one’s newsstand.
Google Play NewsStand was lunched in November 2013, it was made available for all Android and iOS users. It is a digital news aggregator that shows recent news. The people can book mark their favorite news or save it for reading it afterwards. You can subscribe to article and magazines of your choice. This app is used by 100 million users worldwide.
Now you can filter your news. The updated Newsstand now gives you four tabs.
1) For You
This is your favorite news. It has articles and explanation about why a story appears on tour news feed.
2) Library
This helps you to save a site of your favorite site. Here there is all the news of your chosen websites.
3) Explore
This tab contains all other stories and news articles that you may like.
4) Read Later
It is for all bookmarked content.
The overall appearance has also been modified. Now, more of the focus is on photos and auto-play videos instead of the material.
