Pakistani startup CertCars secures Investment of Rs 5 Million
Recently CertCars bagged an investment of some Rs. 5 million. This deal was made at the occasion of their graduation day at Nest i/o. The startup managed to attract homeshopping.pk enough to invest the money.
The auspicious event was witnessed by the highly recognized mentors and investor belonging to different industries. The guests witnessed the final dealing of the startups who incubated at Nest i/o in some last four months. There were total 16 startups.
The 16 graduating startups were given a chance to persuade and attract the investors on the day of their graduation at the event.
The graduation ceremony was held at The Nest i/o on 23rd of May, 2017. CertCars was given an oppurtunity to grow the business and succeed in the industry. For this they pitch and they managed to receive investment from homeshopping.pk.
Shayaan Tahir who represented homeshopping was highly touched by the potential of the team and ideas put forth by the CartCars.com. In the occasion he said,
“We saw great potential in CartCars.com and the overall passion the founders held to make this happen. The market is big enough and ready for selling cars online in Pakistan if done right.”
He further added,
“Home Shopping has been in the e-commerce market for around 9 Years and shall be sharing the expertise to make sure that the founders have the support and resources needed to become a leading brand in the automobile industry of Pakistan”.
If talked about the owners of the CertCars they were extremely happy and excited to pitch on the graduation day. On receiving the investment, there happiness knew no boundaries and Fahad Hasan expressed his views saying,
“The investment includes both financial and technical assistance where we will be using the existing technology, team, office space of Homeshopping.pk to scale and grow our startup”.
CertCars is trying to bring change in the online vehicle dealings in Pakistan. It is determined to provide the beat possible service fir both the buyers and sellers of the vehicle along with the benefit that one can so the deal by sitting at home.
Nest i/o came into being when the Google for entrepreneurs, Samsung and US state departments knotted themselves into a partnership that included benefit for all.
