Telenor Pakistan Launches An Amazing Device Called “Telenor Automate”

IOT a term used widely nowadays, yet many have no idea what this abbreviation holds. IOT or internet of things is a network of devices which are interconnected to address different attributes in real time. Recently Telenor’s IOT department launched Telenor Automate a device giving real-time stats about your car.

It’s been a month since I purchased this device and have been using it to monitor my car behaviors. The device comes in handy to know the details pertaining to Fuel Consumption, Battery Voltage, Car Temperature, Gear System, and Vehicle body and chassis condition. Other notable feature is real time location monitoring.

Automate also gives you real time notifications with regards to harsh acceleration/deceleration or crossing the speed limit on highway and motorway. Moreover any sharp turns are also notified which improve your driving habits and keep you in check.

The device also gives you a monthly and daily safety score based on how you drive and that not only helps you to monitor if someone else is driving your car, but also gives indications to work and improve your driving techniques. Each trip you take is monitored the moment your ignite your engine to the time you shut it off providing more enhance visibility to analyze if deemed fit.

Telenor Automate is easy to install if you have a (OBD) 2.0 compliant port which comes usually in all cars nowadays. There is a web portal and an app for monitoring. I have plugged it in my Honda City Aspire and installed the app on iPhone and was good to go. It has a very reasonable price of 7,999 with 300 monthly charges given all the features that you can have with it and personally I recommend it to every one who is a daily driver.
