According to IBM, it will help United Bank Limited (UBL) in establishment of Digital Design Lab. It surely is a transformation journey and this is the first one in Pakistan. It is going to provide a totally different experience to the UBL customers.
It is going to be a new turn in the digital banking. The lab will provide an environment for UBL’s interdisciplinary teams as well as its network of start-ups, fintechs, ecosystem partners, and academia to develop personalized and engaging digital customer experiences.
UBL in listed among the top banks in Pakistan with more than 1,375 branches in Pakistan and it has about 19 branches globally.
The initiative will help the people of Pakistan experience a well organized and fast digital banking all around Pakistan. It intends to transform the way of digital banking.
The lab aims to enable UBL to accelerate the digitization of its offerings, products, services and processes and equip its team with the necessary skills to design customer centric digital solutions.

Digital Design Lab will be established in Karachi will be made on the framework of IBM Design Thinking.
